It looks about ten years old as well. The 1 slim 1 website is a little bit sketchy as well. We’re not so sure how real the progress photos are, and the claims are very unsubstantiated.

According to their website, active ingredients include Garcinia Cambogia and Pyruvate, both have been proven to contribute to weight loss. Unfortunately, the website failed to declare the amount of these ingredients per pill. It also contains L-Carnitine, Biotin, Aspartic Acid and Chromium Picolante.

The short of it: we do not trust this product. We do not believe that it is harmful, but we also do not believe that it is effective. There is just simply zero credible evidence, and the ingredient list itself is not enough. The pill is also fairly expensive and they do not have a guarantee. The company only accepts returns of unopened bottles and there is a steep restocking fee. We recommend trying another product.
