Apart from rest, drinking a lot of water also speeds up your metabolism. Enhanced metabolism will make you burn more calories therefore there will be a slimmer chance of fat being stored in the body. A body without water is like a car without fuel, it can not work and it can not function well which is why it is important to drink lots and lots of water so that your body will be able to do a lot of things.

Another tip for losing weight fast is to avoid drinks that have high sugar content such as sodas, alcoholic beverages and other juices. These drinks also can contribute to weight gain which is why replacing these all with water can surely make you lose weight fast.

You can also start by watching what you eat. Eat more often but at a little quantity and do it slower. This will give you a chance to be full and there will be no way for you to eat more.
