Basics in Losing Weight

Feeling unhealthy? Worried about your cellulites? Cannot think of anything to wear because you have doubled your size? Then it’s about time you check your weight and consider weight management.  It is just easy as 1 2 3! Just do some bump and burn and we’ll give you tips on what should be done.

Food craving? Nah, this is a big NO NO if you wish to lose weight.  Start modifying your diet, as soon as possible!  First, avoid eating salty foods, fatty foods, sweets and carbo – rich food.  These are hard to resist foods because they give a lusting taste that last and leave you craving for more. Next, cut your meals by having only five short meals instead of six, and avoid eating after dinner will certainly help the food to metabolize faster.  So what should you eat? Protein rich foods and green veggies are good for the body, go for green foods.

Drink lots of water, and when it says plenty; do not limit yourself to 6 to 8 glasses of water.  With the climate change we are having now, it is advisable to drink at least 10 glasses of water or 2 – 2.5 Liters a day.  Fruit juices are good but remember that they still have caloric content and cannot totally relieve you from thirst.  Nothing can beat thirst except for water! Aside from thirst, it refreshes our body and cleanses as well.

Bump and burn your calories by doing cardio exercises. Thirty to forty five minutes a day and everyday or 3 to 4 times a week would help you lose the excess fats in your body.  It does not only burn calories but strengthen your cardiac muscle as well. Simple kick boxing, jogging, or thread mill will do.

Sleep early and wake up early, sleep as much as 6- 8 hours a day.  Having enough sleep will definitely lessen your stress in life.  Stress furthers malfunction your body organs and promote health risks.

If things still do not work, why not try taking diet pills.  Diet pills are supplements to your food dieting and help fasten weight loss. But remember to consult physician before going into weight management program to avoid adverse effects.
