With diet cokes, an individual can go on a guilt-free eating spree at their favorite fast food joints or restaurant since diet colas do not contain any sugar on them. What diet colas contain is caffeine which is often found in most diet pills and supplements. Caffeine provides extra energy that acts as a mild appetite suppressant.
On the other hand, diet colas these days are incorporated with vitamin B complex such as Vitamin B6 and B12. It also contains Zinc and Magnesium. These beverage companies, simply turned Diet Cola into a weight loss product. However, a diet coke is still an enhanced version of a coke soda. Taking too much of it can often lead to acute gastroenteritis and other diseases.
It is not advisable to rely on diet cola all the time for weight loss. Moreover, this should not be an excuse for people to drink coke soda all the time. Prolonged overuse of this substance can lead not only to ulcer but sleep disorders and anxiety. A dieter should not trade a healthy diet program or regimen for this cola diet.
