Leptoprin SD is a diet pill that goes along with all the other diet pills that fit into the category of questionable. The reason this pill is in the classification of questionable is due to a few reasons: the ingredients, the amount specified of each ingredient, the distributor of this product, the price of this product, and the marketing behind this product. The intention isn’t to pick on this pill, but there are just so many drawbacks of it. First off the monthly cost is $153 dollars a month. That is WAY too expensive for a product that doesn’t include the ingredients of this product as well as the amount of each unknown ingredient. As far as the distributor goes, Basic Research is who this product is tied to. Well, the Federal Trade Commission, or FTC, has a filed complaint against them for promising things that just never happened for any customer. There is just too much negative press on this product for it to be worth even a penny, let alone not even knowing what the supplement’s ingredients consist of.
