The only thing that Skinny Water does is that it can leave your pocket dry since it costs more expensive than ordinary bottled water.

Another fad liquid diet is the diet coke plus. Coca-Cola did make a new diet coke that contains essential vitamins like Vitamins B6 and B12, Zinc and Magnesium. However, the thing is that a diet coke shall always remain as a diet coke. Excessive intake of this enhanced diet soda can still lead to ulcers and stomach cramps.

If this does not catch your attention, why not try Protein Water? Protein water is a powder mix that you add to the water to replace your meal. However, who knows about the contents of this mix? The bottom line is that protein water is not an effective way to curb your appetite.

All in all, these new liquid diets might just provide quick fix to your weight problems. It is not advisable to take these liquid diets as they are not proven to be safe and effective.
